Todd’s not just the boss — he’s the one who built the vision for Mass Construction Group from the ground up. With over 20 years of hands-on concreting experience, he leads the operational delivery of every project, making sure things are done right the first time. As a licensed laser screed operator, he brings precision and efficiency to the table — but it’s his leadership, work ethic, and drive that truly set the tone.

Todd’s the reason Mass exists and continues to grow. He’s constantly pushing for better systems, higher standards, and bigger opportunities — building a crew, a culture, and a company that’s known for getting the job done and doing it well.

Leslie Crocker

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

With a Construction Management degree from QUT and 20+ years in the game, Leslie is the guy who keeps the big picture in check. He’s across every project plan, safety checklist, and QA process — making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and by the book. From contract kick-off to final sign-off, Leslie’s the steady hand keeping it all on track (and usually one step ahead).

Bonnie McGregor

CFO/COMPANY ACCOUNTANT

With 8+ years of experience and a spreadsheet never far from reach, Bonnie is the financial brain behind the business. From budgeting and forecasting to compliance and reporting, she keeps every project financially in check. She tracks real-time costs, keeps the books squeaky clean, and makes sure the team knows exactly where every dollar is going. Basically, if the numbers make sense — it’s because of Bonnie.

Bodie Hampson

ESTIMATOR

With 7+ years of estimating under his belt, Bodie is the guy who makes sure the numbers stack up before the first shovel hits the ground. He dives into drawings, specs, and site conditions to deliver sharp, competitive pricing — helping keep budgets in check and projects profitable. Bodie’s all about clarity, accuracy, and making sure there are no surprises down the line (unless it’s cake on site, then he’s all for it).
